These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and wussup (“wussup”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the wussup mobile and web application (the “app”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use wussup. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You’re responsible for the activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
You own the content you post. By posting, you grant wussup a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and provide the app (for example, showing your events to the people you share them with). You’re responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the rights to share it.
wussup has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post, share, or transmit content that is unlawful, harassing, bullying, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or that promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activity, and not to impersonate others or spam.

We provide tools to report objectionable content and to block abusive users. We review reports of objectionable content and act on them — including removing content and ejecting the users who posted it — generally within 24 hours. We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.

The app, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by wussup and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms don’t grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.
You can stop using wussup and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don’t guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that content posted by users is accurate. You use the app at your own risk, and you’re responsible for your interactions with other users, online and in person.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, wussup will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, unless a mandatory law in your place of residence applies.
